Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. When you purchase a product, Stripe processes your payment — we do not store credit card information.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain your account and licenses
• To send purchase confirmations and password reset emails
• To provide customer support
• To detect and prevent fraud

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on servers hosted by Fly.io. Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2-SHA256 (600,000 iterations). We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to maintain your login session. We do not use cookies for advertising or retargeting.

Analytics and Tracking

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors interact with our website and to improve our services.

Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, time spent on pages, device type, and general geographic location (country/city level). This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.

We do not use Google Analytics to track sensitive personal information, and we do not combine this data with your account information stored on our servers.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Your Rights

You can delete your account at any time from the Dawmuze Hub or by contacting us. Account deletion removes all personal data, licenses, and activations.
